East Side Retail Park, Leeds

Caddick Construction has recently completed the construction of a new retail park in Garforth Leeds, on a site previously used as a distribution warehouse for Poundland. The works included the construction of a Home Bargains, Vets Practice, Marston's family pub, and an additional retail unit that will be separated into 3 units. There is also extensive car parking and a new entrance off Aberford Road which has been adopted by Leeds City Council under a 278 agreement.
