JCT600 Porsche, Newcastle

Caddick Construction was awarded the contract to extend, alter and refurbish the existing Porsche Newcastle Sales and Service Centre, as part of JCT600's long-term investment with the German sports carmarker. 

The works included the refurbishment of the existing showroom to display 16 cars, a handover lounge, plus capacity for 23 approved used cars. Also, the works consisted of a workshop extension to accommodate two Customer Direct Dialogue Service Bays and valeting facilities.
