The works consisted of the construction of 6 steel framed industrial terrace with cladded roof, totaling 40,000 sq ft and ranging in size from 2,500 sq ft to 15,000 sq ft. The scheme also included the construction of 1nr 1,800 sq ft drive-thru unit for fitting out by Costa Coffee. 

There are 181 car parking spaces to the front of the units with designated accessible bays, parent and baby bays, motorcycle bays, and electric vehicle charging spaces.
