Caddick Construction have been awarded the contract to construct a new housing development for Wakefield District Housing.
The site is located off Sowgate Lane in Knottingley and will provide 43 new homes of which 30 will be for affordable rent and 13 for shared ownership. The houses will be a mixture of two and three bedroom homes.
