Caddick Construction were awarded the contract to deliver an automotive retail centre at TraffordCity. The works comprised the construction of a three-storey BMW showroom, a two-storey Jaguar Land Rover showroom, and single-storey MINI showroom, in a high profile location opposite Event City and next to John Lewis at Intu Trafford. The project included the construction of a new valet, dry valet and wash-bay facilities, car parking areas, associated roads, and site circulations areas, associated works to existing sites drainage and incoming services.
